Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
Made the old fashioned way by steeping diced rhubarb in our London dry gin. Perfectly balanced in tartness & sweetness. Drink with a mixer of tonic, ginger ale or prosecco, but delicious simply neat over ice.
Try mixing a Rhubarb Triangle, 45ml Rhubarb Gin, 45ml London Dry Gin, 7.5ml Apple Juice, 7.5ml Extra Dry Vermouth. Shake all ingredients with ice & fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
