Once poured, the initial nose is of sweet caramel & that lulls you into a false sense of security! On the first taste you are hit with  pure rum, followed swiftly by a massive hug from the caramel with a faint hint of apple bringing up the rear. It is very much a rummy rum & a sheer delight on the senses.
